By Q3'16: Hiring of a secondary full-stack developer/assistant tech lead

Responsibilities: advise on technical architecture, assist tech lead in technical decisions, and will be well-versed with the ins and outs of the entire technical implementation

By Q3'16: Hiring of a product/UIUX designer

Responsibilities: User research, user interviews, design of user interface and user experience, will work closely with current frontend developer in implementation of design

By Q4'16: Machine Learning Expertise

Responsibilities: Deepen and hone efficacy of job/opportunities-matching algorithm
