  1. Don't neglect offline, look for the uncrowded channels. Hustle. Be creative in who you're hustling with. Go for win-win-win deals (eg. Spotify, hotel concierge to sell live event tickets, Gai Gai earning a good amount from offline).

  2. It doesn't have to be a product. Our competitive edge can be our distribution channels. Build up an unfair advantage. Don't be stuck in the mental model of acquiring active users. It's too hard. Is there an easier way? Media-buying channel for jobs. eg. In the US and in Europe, anyone can plug into Ticketmaster API and sell on their behalf

  3. Make it easier to earn money. Simply generating applications isn't enough. Is there a way to earn more, more reliably? How to go for subscription?

  4. Look for iPact MDA and STB Business Development Fund -> https://www.stb.gov.sg/assistance-and-licensing/grants/pages/business-improvement-fund-(bif).aspx

  5. Look at Taiwan. Shopback did half a mil monthly GMV within 3 months of launch.
