Morning diary:

Innovation is hard, it is a lot of grind and uncertainty and risks. It is also very iterative, with ocassional insights. The key though is to take a lot of smart bets learning from previous iterations. Action, action, action. Action is the straw that sucks from information and plans. Overwhelm the bottleneck.
